DELIVERY POLICY

This Delivery Policy explains how HairGlobalExpert processes and delivers orders to our customers across Nigeria and (where applicable) internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Wholesale/bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Delivery Locations

• Within Port Harcourt, Rivers State: Local delivery/pickup is available. Customers may also pick up orders directly from our physical store at No 104 Woji Estate, Port Harcourt 
• Nationwide (across Nigeria): We deliver to other states via reputable third-party courier and logistics partners.
• International orders: [UK, USA, CANADA].

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Port Harcourt (local): 1–2 business days.
• Other states in Nigeria: 2–5 business days, depending on the courier and location.
• International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing (if applicable).

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the customer’s location and order size/weight, and will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated before payment is finalized.
• Free or discounted delivery promotions, when available, will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information (where available through our courier partner) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete at checkout. HairGlobalExpert is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• If a delivery attempt fails because the customer was unavailable, a re-delivery may attract an additional fee.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with our courier partner and arrange a resolution (replacement or refund, per our Refund Policy).
